We stand behind our service with a conditional guarantee. You’ll receive a minimum of 15 booked appointments within 30 days, or we’ll continue working at no additional service fee until the guarantee is met.
Refunds are not issued, except under this specific guarantee when qualifying conditions are met and service delivery has not yet started.
To qualify for this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
1. The client's advertising account must remain active during the entire 30-day service term with no payment-related pauses, restrictions, or delays.
2. Ads must be run with a minimum radius of 30 miles from the selected target location.
3. The client must be responsive to lead communications as well as showing up to all appointments given throughout the 30-day service term.
If any of these conditions are not met, the guarantee becomes void and refunds will not be provided.
Our services are delivered digitally. Upon purchase, our team will initiate onboarding and begin the campaign setup within 3-7 business days. All communications, performance updates, and deliverables are shared via email and our designated client platform.
As a service-based business, we do not accept returns of any kind. Once services have been rendered or campaigns have been launched, the transaction is considered final.
Clients may cancel service agreements at any time. However, once a billing cycle has started and services are underway, cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for the current period. If a client cancels before the next billing cycle, no further charges will be incurred.
